Our mission is to offer honest meat, raised on small-scale New England ranches and farms. We will create a conduit that connects small-scale local farms with restaurants and consumers. Meat we sell will be offered with complete transparency - animal provenance and breed, farm, slaughter facility, transport, and storage information will be provided.
