Providing the area with cut-to-order Local, Regional, National, & International Artisan Cheese, Specialty Meats, European & Domestic Olives, Rustic Breads, Antipasti, Salads, YUMMY SANDWICHES, and our own Farmstead Goat & Cow Milk Cheeses & Gelato from J2K CAPRAIO! We select and prepare new and inspiring items each week made from the finest all-natural ingredients we have in-stock and on farm! We

enjoy preparing fare for special events and would be honored to help you semi-customize our items to meet your specific need! Below we have listed a few of our favorite items; please feel free to put in a special request! Catering Menu:
Signature Wooden Cheese Box - starts @ $70 (mix of Cheese & pickled Accompaniments, with or w/o meat you keep/reuse the locally made box)
12" Antipasto - $50 (3-4 Meats, 3-4 Cheeses, & Center of choice)
1/2-pan Lasagne - $35 (Italian Sausage or Vegetarian)
1/2-pan Meatballs - $50 (Handrolled using Grandma Kay's favorite recipe)
1/2-pan Italian Sausage - $35 (Marinara or with Italian Frying Peppers)
1/2-pan Italian Beef - $45 (Add our Giardiniera and make it Chicago-Style)
Panini Platter - starts at $35 (5 semi-customized sandwiches cut any way you like in our set styles)
Sub Platters - starts at $55 ( 4-5 Ciabatta subs in our style, look online or call in for additional details.) (Pasta, Cucumber, Tomato, Slaw...oh my!)
12" Cannoli Platter - $36 (2-dozen)
Bread - $4 per loaf/$5 cut (Ciabatta-style unbleached white)
J2K Gelato - $6/pt. custom orders
(Goat or Cow Milk you choose the flavor!)
Typically 3-ounces would be considered a serving and 1-ounce a taste. Pans and platters easily feed 8-10 people or would be a taste for more! Every ingredient is all natural and procurred or purveyed locally, regionally, nationally or imported from Europe; many items are from our own farm! We are back in town and see Mother Nature has created a beautiful barrier to reopening this weekend. Look for the Shop to be restocked and staged by Wednesday 2-4, if all deliveries arrive as planned we will be firing up the Raclette for the season!
In the meantime, stop and see Lori at the South Bend Farmer's Market until 3pm today/Saturdays, she has a batch of our J2K CAPRAIO Barkley washed in a local mead 💛 AND if you have any Chees-Charcuterie-Cheese Friend requests send a message or post 🫒
