There is nothing more rewarding to our family than growing fresh produce, raising free range chickens, and providing fresh food straight from our farm to your family’s table. Over the years, we have been truly blessed by every customer who has stopped by, supported us, shared conversations, and became part of our journey. Seeing familiar faces return each season and meeting new customers along the way means more to us than words can express.
Our family has poured love, faith, and hard work into Thaxton Farm-Red Barn since 1994, and now we are excited to continue growing our business throughout the Halifax area and Southwest Virginia area alongside one of my daughters. We love not only serving our community, but also building friendships with the wonderful people who visit our farm.

Mrs. Caroline will be at the barn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 am until 5pm with fresh produce, free range chicken eggs, homemade cakes made with love, and so much more.
