Welcome to our New Chatham Farmers Market Manager! Greetings Chatham Farmer's Market Family,
My name is Meghann McOsker. I am elated to be the 2026 Chatham Farmer's Market Manager!! It is an honor to be a part of this outstanding collaboration that supports local farmers, fisherman and artisans! I have been a customer and fan of the market since it's inception!
My roots run deep in the community. I began visiting family in Chatham as an infant. I have been a resident of Cape Cod, primarily Chatham, since 1989. I am passionate about having this position managing the market which supports our community, local economy and sustainability!
I am a graduate of Chatham High School. I hold an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Fine and Creative Arts from Cape Cod Community College. During my studies I immersed myself in a variety of art mediums...drawing, painting, printmaking, collage and found object sculpture. I continued developing my artistry studying mosaics with local artist Suska Matsik. I love to create and I have a great appreciation for the arts!
I began my working career as a young teenager in the local service industry. I dabbled in a variety of jobs. I worked in the restaurant business for a dozen years. I loved being a server and thrived at it though eventually my love for children and care giving led me to start my own business. I managed a childcare/residential cleaning business for 15 years. I customized my services to accommodate each family, each client. I was a great support to several elderly and disabled clients. In recent years I have been blessed to be home raising my own children along with supporting my aging parents!
I am enthusiastic to embark on this venture as your market manager! I am energetic, positive and approachable! My strongest attributes are communication, networking, organization and problem solving!
My family will be involved with the market as well! My husband Corey Baker has and will continue providing some odd jobs for the market. Corey is a Cape Cod Native! Corey is a professional landscaper and gardener! He is passionate about organic and Earth friendly methods doing so! He is an exceptional cook, bread maker, beer brewer and avid fisherman
