Online Auction Rules And Conditions

Online Auction Rules And Conditions!!!!!

1. All items must brought to State Line and consigned on a consignment sheet at least 2 days before Auction date.

2. All vehicles must have a clean title and in working condition.

3. All electronic items must be in working order or will be refused.

4. Any and all items purchased by check will remain on premises until the check clears our bank.

5. All items must be posted through State Line Auction Services. No outside posts aloud.

6. Any item that is broken or damaged will not be accepted.

7. Consignment rates will be the same as the live auction.

8. If there any items that are consigned that need to be cleaned there will be a fee. We will discuss the fee at the time of consignment.

9. There will not be any sick animals accepted.

10. There will be a yardage fee for all animals sold on the online auction.

11. Any items that are consigned for this auction that do not sell must be picked up in a timely manner or you have the option to have them sold in the live auction.

12. Any fi****ms must have a readable serial number and will be checked through our local law enforcement.

13. No rude or belligerent comments will be tolerated. If so you will be removed from page permanently!!!!!

14. In order to place your bid go to said item and comment on said item of your bid. Bid increments will be on the description of said item.

15. Auctions will start on Tuesdays at 5pm and will end the following Friday at 8pm.

16. There is no buy now aloud in this auction.

17. There is limited space available for small items and furniture. This auction is first come first serve.

18. We will tag the winning bidder at the close of the auction as soon as possible. Also the winning bidder must up said items by Monday by 5pm or you forfeit your item, and at that time the runner up has the option to purchase said item. Items can be shipped to you at your expense.

19. All Sales Are Final. No Refunds Or Exchanges.
