Pekarski's Sausage Pekarski's Sausage Pekarski's Sausage makes the traditional meat products long associated with our family.

But from time to time, we also introduce new items to offer our customers a wide array of choices (for example, hot dogs and Spanish andouille). Our smoked meats are first cured in a refrigerated curing room. Then they are moved into our two smokehouses, among the last ones remaining on the East Coast that do not use liquid smoke or chips: We burn only select hardwoods-hickory, apple, rock (sugar)

maple–which give our smoked meats their particular flavor. Our front staff is knowledgeable about our full line of products, so feel free to ask them any questions you may have.

Our fresh sausages this week are:
Farmer's (French country garlic sausage)
Sweet (mild/traditional) Italian
Hot Italian (entry level heat)
Nuremberg bratwurst (often called a "street bratwurst." It is in a smaller casing and has a little more "zest" than our traditional bratwurst.

We have all of our other sausages available for sale vacuum sealed in the freezer.

Our "frozen sausage of the week" is our Super Hot Italian. This is the hottest sausage we make. Try it if you dare!

Poultry is back!!
We have smoked ducks, smoked chickens, and smoked Cornish game hens fresh out of the smokehouse. We also have smoked pork chops. We cut them to order. They are perfect on grill!
And, back by popular demand: smoked pork hocks!!
We are open 8:30 - 4:00 today (Saturday), and 10:00 - 4:00 on Sunday.

BACON IS BACK!!
Fresh out of the smokehouse. We are truly sorry for those that were disappointed the last couple of days. We try really hard not to run out, but sometimes it happens.

We also have smoked ribs, smoked pork chops, and all three versions of our smoked kielbasa (regular, cheese, and spicy hot cheese).

It is going to be a great weekend for grilling! Come see us for smoked pork chops, kielbasa (regular smoked and cheese available), and KIELBASA DOGS. We also have fresh (unsmoked) Louisiana style ribs and a variety of sausages.
Also, back by popular demand, we have double smoked bacon.
We are open until 5:00 tonight. 8:30-4:00 on Saturday and 10:00-4:00 on Sunday.
