While our farming season is winding down (still giving another layer of mulch to winter potatoes and onions), we are starting to plan for 2026. We are busy selecting seeds, repairing equipment and adding to our farm.

Latest additions to the herd are from Pease Family Farm.

The end of 2025 harvest of cucumbers is in the dehydrator and the beginning of the 2026 laying hens as baby chicks arrived today. Very grateful.

Yesterday was the last market, so today was a full day of preserving the bounty. Dehydrating squash - both grated for powder and cubed, eggplant, and apples. Also going is two large batches of tomatoe sauce. Yes it smells wonderful!
