Hour honey crop is in for the 2021 year. Yields were down dramatically this year across the United States. We are taking orders now as we know we will run out of raw honey. Please place your order on line or contact us directly.

Tomorrow we begin the long process of extracting honey from this years harvest. In the US the average honey production - yield is the lowest in 30 years. We will let you know how our harvest turns out, but expect to see higher prices on raw honey and even processed honey in 2021.

The sainfoin is blooming and the bees are enjoying their summer yard. Lots of nectar and clear cool water.

The bees won today. Only 25 stings to the face. I know the hive they came from... no queen and very unhappy. Give them a few days and the new queen cell will solve the problem and they will be happy again.

We just finished some of our early wild flower honey that is darker than our white sainfoin honey, but just as light and delicious. We generally do not get very much of this 'wildflower honey'. Still clear and beautiful.
