Some places are more than landmarks; they hold Southport’s story. The little yellow building and colorful buoys at Potter’s Seafood are part of a Southport fishing tradition dating to 1899.

As the working waterfront changed and other fish houses disappeared, Potter’s endured. Five generations later, it remains a connection to the fishermen, waters, and way of life that helped shape this town.

Well, we got that behind us, so now it’s
‼️ BACK TO NORMAL SCHEDULE ‼️

They finished with the filming this evening and we are getting everything ready. Should be well stocked tomorrow!

It’s shaping up to be a great weekend down at the dock!
We have a great variety of Fresh Local Fish and Shrimp coming in daily, along with a few new items.
Also, just a heads up that next week’s schedule may be impacted by movie filming in the area. We’ll keep you updated!
