It's All Fun & Cakes I can make you a cake, design you a gift basket, I can even make you a basket made out of cake! I am a hobby cake decorator and baker.

I stumbled upon this love by accident. I started baking/decorating real simple cakes for my kiddos' birthdays when I lived in Texas back in 2007. Once moving to Wisconsin in 2010, I started embracing the talent I'm still learning I have. The mass majority of what I know has been self taught. YouTube and Google are amazing tools. I have taken two Wilton cake decorating classes and the instructor ha

s also been a wealth of super great knowledge. I've baked and decorated primarily for friends. With each cake I decorate I try to challenge myself with a new trick or technique that I can then add to my repertoire. I also enjoy putting together gift baskets. It's both fun and relaxing to design one-of-a-kind baskets for different occasions. Kid, adult, holiday and "just because" themed baskets... I can do them all. Just like cakes, this is a passion I stumbled upon by accident. Realizing I had a knack for basket designing I've been branching out, making more and adding to my "portfolio". If there's a cake or a basket, or even a basket made out of cake I'd be happy to make it happen!

Created August 18th for a gender reveal party. This is my take on a Swiss cake roll. Vanilla sponge rolled w/cream & blueberry jam covered in the same cream tinted brown. The green is crumbled vanilla cake mixed w/vanilla frosting. Added decor are candied raspberries & blueberries and meringue mushrooms.
