Yesterday was a very long day trying (unsuccessfully) to find our son a replacement car.
So, dinner was quick and easy but really good. Good enough to get itself a picture and mention since it was made with things offered at our farm stand 😉
Our farm raised chicken seasoned with our farm stand Basil Salt and some extra dehydrated basil from last year's crop. Sauteed in olive oil with quartered homegrown Black cherry tomatoes (also currently available at the farm stand), and Mozzarella pearls. Tossed in some Organic Non enriched egg noodles and dinner is done 🤌🏻

‼️ NEW PRODUCT ‼️
Thanks to seeing a message from a customer during my middle of the night insomnia, I am excited to start offering No Salt added versions to some of our seasoning mixes! Got the first ones done and out within 7 hours of seeing the request 💪🏻 😅
🌮 To start (as requested) No Salt added Taco and Spicy Taco Seasoning. Use the same as our original mixes, just add salt amount of your choice while cooking to control your salt/sodium in-take!
🧅 Our Onion, Cowboy, Stir fry, Italian, all of the Cream mixes are also already NO SALT ADDED!
🍚 Our homemade Rice-A-Roni mixes are all low salt also and made with our homemade bouillons which are also very low salt.
🧂 I'll be working on more No Salt added versions of our seasoning mixes as well.
Thanks again to our customer for their request because I'm genuinely excited to see what I come up with for these hard to find homemade options.

👩🏻‍🍳 For those who have been interested in some of our homemade seasonings and spice mixes but not sure what you'd use them for, now you know 😉
We've got a Recipe/Idea sheet out at the farm stand now. Look for the green folder.
We'll also be starting a sample box today. *Limited to one sample per visit, with any purchase from the farm stand*
🍅 Limited produce is out, including Okra, tomatoes, peppers, salsa kits, and fresh cut flowers.
Sidenote: from what I have recently seen, we may not have a lot at once but our prices are some of the lowest around on produce!
🥛 Raw goat milk, eggs, jams/jellies, and all the rest are all in stock.
