I, personally, did not get around to our vendors this last market. However, Shana (pronounced Shay-nah), did, and I trust most of you met her. She will henceforth be our co-coordinator and I'd like to welcome her aboard! This is very exciting for me to have her fun and smiling face with me. Also, Lori and Jerry Johnson have been spreading our good word far and wide with all the signs they're putting up and taking down every week. They are distributing them farther and wider than I ever thought of and so many more people are seeing them!

So, to Shana McVickers, and Lori and Jerry Johnson, I give my deepest gratitude.

Thank you to all our vendors and customers for your support of our growing and fantastic market. I know some are curious about our numbers and I can tell you that the number of agreements in the file total 122. Obviously, not all of those numbers show up every week, but I'd say about half do. So, hurray to all of you for, again, your support!

Beat the Heat — I’ll See You Early! ☀️

Tomorrow, Saturday, August 8, I'll be at the Neighbors to Neighbors Farmers Market at Lions Park, and with temperatures heading into the upper 90s, I'm changing things up just a little.

I'll be set up and ready to go at 8:00 AM so you can beat the heat and get your fresh sourdough before the sun really gets to work!

I'll have fresh sourdough loaves, seasonal scones, mini sourdough loaves, English muffins, dry sourdough mixes, fresh unwashed eggs, and more.

📍 Lions Park – 3rd Street, Spearfish

⏰ 8:00 AM – Noon
(Normal market hours are 9 AM–Noon, but I'm opening up early because apparently summer isn't done showing off.)
