Luna Breads Bouzies Bakeshop is a bakery looking to bring something new to the table in Spokane with local ingredients and nutrition in mind.

Located on top of Spokane's South Hill, we are a local artisan bakery striving for something new. With old world mixing and leavening technique, a focus on whole and ancient grains and locally sourced organic ingredients, our hope is to improve both the palates and diets of our customers.
