Homemade Lo Mein Sauce versus Yakisoba Sauce!
Best Lo Mein Sauce by far!
Homemade Recipe:
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Sesame oil
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 tsp black pepper
Steps:
In a small bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container, refrigerate and ready to use.

Lo Mein Stir Fry ❤️
This is Noodles stirfry. I use pancit canton- fresh noodles or egg noodles. You can use spaghetti noodles if you can’t find any.
LO MEIN SAUCE:
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix well and set aside.
Other ingredients:
8 oz noodles -soften or cook according to package instructions
2 stalks bokchoy slices
1 carrot sliced
1/2 onion sliced
5 cloves garlic minced
3 stalks green onion
3 tablespoons oil
Steps:
In a pan, add oil. Add the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the noodles and the sauce. Mix well till combined. Then, add the slices of vegetables. Mix well and cooked for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
Note:
You can use any vegetable of choice. Cabbage, broccoli, snow peas, cauliflower, carrots 🥕
———Homemade Yakisoba Sauce——-
So good and delicious!
Easy Yakisoba Sauce:
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp chili garlic oil (optional)
1 tsp honey
*mix well in a small bowl
This recipe is good for 1 pound yakisoba noodles or ramen noodles.

2 tablespoons oil for sautéing
1/2 pound meat of choice (chicken, pork or beef) I use beef and sliced thinly
1 onion sliced
1/2 carrots-julienne
1 bell pepper sliced
1 pound yakisoba noodles (cooked according to instructions) set aside
Yakisoba sauce (see note above)
Steps:
In a pan, heat oil and fry the beef. Fry till brown, then, add onion. Stirfry for about 1 minute. Then, add carrots and bell pepper. Stirfry for another minute. Add the cooked yakisoba noodles. Then, pour the yakisoba sauce. Mix and Stirfry for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce is fully absorbed and mix in to the noodles. Remove from heat. Ready to serve. Enjoy! Yum
