Hello friends of the Spokane Public Market,

We have some most unfortunate news, the market this year is suspended.

Due to some unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances the market is no able to operate in 2018.
There were some out of town investors that did not complete thorough research in the downtown area and intend to open a indoor lunch style market only a block away from the current and existing spokane public market @ the parkade plaza.

2017 was an excellent launch and we appreciate all of the support and love exchanged and we took so much delight in bringing a farmers market style market to the iconic Parkade Plaza in downtown spokane.

The misinformed investors caused many vendors a scare with business and they also are planning on charging a high rent for their spaces which didnt make for the best combination.

As a member of the Inland Northwest Farmers Market Association we strive to always put community first and give a safe place to buy fresh and buy local and we support the endeavors of the new market.

However the uncertainty prevails for this summer and it is with great sadness to suspend the market for the season.

Thankfully there are some excellent farmers markets in the Spokane area that are open and running!

Have a wonderful summer market season and we hope to see you next season in full bloom!

Gearing up for farmers market season dont forget to include all the wonderful farmers markets around the region!
The Spokane Public Market is proud to be apart of the Inland Northwest Farmers Market Association (INFMA) made up of Spokane's finest farmers markets!

Spokane Public Market will begin on June 5th and run downtown in the parade plaza each Tuesday until September 25th!

Applications are still open and volunteer opportunities are still available. If you've ever considered giving back to the community in a fun and exciting way for just a few hours a week or of you've got a great vendor business or idea and want to implement it, dont hesitate, the time is now!

Getting ready for an exciting season this year and enjoying this excellent weather!

Tired of the gloomy weather fall has given us so far? Forecast for Tuesday's final market looks great sunny and 70 degrees 😎

Come on down to the Spokane Public Market for the grand finale and last day of the 2017 season in Downtown Spokane @ the Parkade Plaza!
It was the first year and a great one at that and there will be many more to come! Thank you Spokane!

Come check out all the great vendors and foods including mac daddy's gourmet grub, the fruit lady, common crumb, artisens and many awesome booths to browse through.

Rain rain go away, come back another day...but just not Tuesday 😉 unfortunately the Spokane Public Market will not operate today due to the wet conditions outside and the possibility of thunder in the area.
But plan on joining us next week at the parkade plaza for the Spokane Public Market's grand finale of its first season, September 26th, weather shows sunny at 70 degrees 😎

The smoke is cleared and a new week is upon us! Plans for your Tuesday? Swing by the Spokane Public Market in the parkade plaza on Tuesday from 4-7pm! Flowers from Parrish and Grove, Swedish Pancakes from Brunchkin or a famous scone from the scone ranger, paruse through all the artisens or relax in the beer patio serving Wild Dawgs 2.50 drinks and listen to local live music!
Come on downtown to the Spokane Public Market 😀

Happy Tuesday Spokane!

Due to the unsafe smokey conditions outside, the Spokane Public Market will be closed today September 5th. Stay safe and make sure you keep those windows closed and limit your time outside. Let's hope those amazing firefighters are safe and able to put out those fires and for the safety of those with homes near the fire danger zones.
