Just a few short days left… 🏹 🦌

We thought this would be the perfect time to introduce everyone to the crew behind the scenes at A&L Deer Processing.

We’re thankful to have them back in the shop for another season! They’ve each become more like family to us.

First up- Nate

He’s one of the few faces you’ll see around the shop, this season.

🦌- What made you want to work at A&L? I wanted to know how to process deer.

🦌-What’s your favorite part of working at A&L? My favorite part of working at A&L is that I learn something new everyday.

🦌-What’s your person must have on the cut sheet? the original jerky.

🦌-Who on the crew is most likely to be late? The most likely to be late is myself. 😳

🦌-Who’s most likely to eat the most samples? Maddie 😆

🦌-What’s your favorite snack or meal after a long day in the shop? Reese cups and original monster

🦌-What are you looking forward to the most this season? I am looking forward to working alongside side my favorite coworker Marshall Hancock

🦌-What’s one job in the shop you don’t like? One Job I do not like is grinding and packing the ground meat!

🦌-What’s your dream job? My dream job is working in construction

With early season starting Saturday we will be accepting deer. We ask that:

1. Get the carcass gutted and chilled quickly.
2. Remove bladder and a**l cavity. ( if not the sweet meat will be spoiled and thrown out)
3. With bow kills if there is any possibility of a broadhead left in carcass make a note of it on the cutsheet.
4. Please do not cut through the pelvic bone as this assist us in handing the carcass.
5. be safe, have fun and happy hunting.
