Tonight’s the night, Spring Hill! 🌿✨

Hidden Gem Farm is OPEN this evening — Tuesday, April 21 · 4:00–7:00 PM at 863 Old Military Rd.

Here’s what’s happening tonight:

🌮 Taco Tuesday with The Hidden Kitchen — skirt steak, carnivore plates, burritos & burgers. All beef straight from the farm. Dine in or take out.

🥬 Garden Walkthrough at 6PM — join Bill Allen for a free tour of what we grow, how we grow it, and all things CSA. Meet in the barn!

🍓 Fresh Strawberries — harvested THIS morning. 100 gallons, no spray, locally grown. First come, first served. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

You can buy sprayed produce at the grocery store with zero idea where it came from. You can also buy sushi from a gas station.

We wouldn’t recommend either.
