What a weekend it has been. I honestly can't thank you all enough for the incredible support you've shown my little bakery. Between our events and the bakery cart, you all have kept us busy, and my heart is so full.
We've restocked the cart with everything that's left for the weekend, plus a few surprise goodies, and we're ready for one more sweet day!

WOW. You all absolutely blew me away today. 🩷🍪
When I started baking for this weekend, I packed up around 250 treats between the bakery cart and our events. I knew it would be a busy weekend, but I never expected the response we've gotten so far.
We restocked the bakery cart multiple times throughout the day, and you all still managed to clear out some of our most popular items! 🤯
To everyone who stopped by, shared a post, told a friend, grabbed a treat, or supported my little bakery in any way—thank you. I appreciate every single one of you.
And to anyone who stopped by looking for a specific item that had already sold out, I am so sorry! Hopefully you found something new to love instead. 🥰

The Florida weather got the best of us for a little while! ☔💗
We’ve brought the bakery cart in for now while this rain passes through to keep everything (and everyone!) safe.
The good news: it looks like the weather should clear up around 4:30 PM, and we’ll get the cart back out as soon as it does! 🍪✨

🍂 Fall flavors are here! 🍂
This week's menu is packed with stuffed cookies, cookie bars, apple c***r caramel pull-apart bites, and more!
🌙 September Cookie of the Month: Crater Cake
A thick chocolate chip cookie swirled with cinnamon sugar and topped with buttery coffee cake crumble. This flavor was actually inspired by a customer suggestion, and we couldn't resist bringing it to life!

Fall has officially arrived at Baked By Brooke 🤎🍁
Our Fall Menu Vol. 1 is here, packed with cozy flavors, nostalgic treats, and a few brand-new creations we've been dreaming about all summer long. From Pecan Pie Bars and Pumpkin S’mores to Maple Banana Bread, Apple C***r Caramel Pull-Apart Bites, and all your favorite stuffed cookies, this is just the beginning.

✨ A quick note: our bakery cart is small, so we won't be able to fit every item from this menu at once. Flavors will be rotating throughout the weekend, which means every visit may have something a little different waiting for you!

This is Volume 1 of our fall menu, and if you know me, you know fall baking is my absolute favorite season. Expect even more cozy flavors, limited-time specials, and new menu drops throughout the next few months.

🌧️⚡ Weather Update ⚡🌧️
You guys have been AMAZING this weekend! 💕
Unfortunately, with the storms moving in and lightning in the area, we had to take down the tent and pull in the bakery cart earlier than planned for safety.
The good news? We're still open for porch pickup this evening! If there was something on the menu you were planning to stop by for, just send us a message and we'll be happy to bring your order out to you.
