When I was 5 years old I started getting very curious about cooking. My family could not keep me out of the kitchen, so they started to show me the little things I could help them with. Making my own cereal then cooking oats and cream of wheat on the stove. My love for cooking had started. My Mom being from Ohio and Dad from Louisiana my cooking skills have become well rounded. Over the next 35 ye

ars I have been able to take the knowledge I've learned to become the cook I am today. Throughout those years I've had the pleasure to cook for family events, fund raisers and countless parties with everyone loving my food. Now I want to take my skills to you. From authentic Cajun cookin to healthy low fat meals, I'm able to please your pallet with my Custom cookin.
