The 50th Charolais Journal Addition includes the French trained Chef’s first purchased French genetics with the rancher Larry Ludeke teaching the next generation I am super grateful, love you dad!

Yesterday, we had multiple birthdays in the Chef & Rancher family .

To the sted fast, compassionate & just flat out the reason we are here.

This year we celebrate Dad‘s favorite Japanese lineage bull, BUBBA! He’s named that for many reasons. May he rest in peace. We look forward to sharing his story with you in the future.
