We sliced the bacons on Friday and the hams are in the smoker this weekend.

We will be able to start slicing and packaging the hams midweek. If ANYONE WANTS A WHOLE HAM TO FREEZE FOR CHRISTMAS THEN I MUST KNOW IMMEDIATELY. Please text 5419530288 over the weekend or call 5417464411 on Monday. Tuesday might be too late. Whole hams will go to Bright Oaks first (Tuesday) followed by the cut ones soon after!!!!

First batch of 4H pigs are $2.75 lb and the 1/2s will weigh between 75 lb and 105 lbs. I have 21 from the first county fair with more coming. I’ll be going down this list for names.

They will take approx 2 weeks for the hams and bacons to be smoked. We will call when they are ready!

4H pig week at Mohawk!!!

They have not arrived so I have NO IDEA what they’ll cost.

Mohawk is WAY too busy with the hundred(s) of 4H animals to allow custom cutting this year.

All 4H pigs will be standard cut and wrapped for 2:

All chops, pork shoulder steak, pork shoulder roast, spare ribs, sausage, smoked ham steak, ham roast, bacon, ham hock.

If you are interested please comment here or message us with your contact information and we’ll contact you when we know the prices in a couple days.

When they come in, it will be a quick “in, cut, pay and out” no holds.

🐔 Chicken — coarse ground chicken necks and backs
🦃 Turkey — coarse ground turkey necks

🦴 We also offer beef knuckle bones, beef marrow bones, beef oxtail, and lamb neck bones.

2 positions are open, one for cashier and one for clean up crew. Starting pay is $17 with a raise after 30 days based off of performance!

THESE NEED TO BE CUT AT HOME OR COOKED WHOLE. We can not cut them at this special price, at all.

Please give us a 1 business day lead time to bring them from Mohawk or they can be picked up at Mohawk between 8 am and 4 pm. Please give a call 20 - 30 minutes before picking up to reduce your wait time.
