Meat has many regulatory requirements. We can help inform you of the necessities of labeling. We process for many of the local ranches. Knee Deep Cattle Co. Grass Fed Beef, Hawley Lamb & Cattle, Deck Family Farms, Northern Lights, and market local products through Bright Oak Meats In Springfield Oregon.

We are looking to fill a couple positions! Must be able to read, follow directions and stand for long periods of time. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm with occasional mandatory overtime. If interested please stop by.
