ZK Ranches is a Tennessee-based cow/calf operation with a passion for raising hormone-free, grass finished & grain finished beef. The operation was established in 2012 by Zach Knowles, a sixth-generation cattle rancher with a vision of offering a superior-quality product directly to consumers.

Zach was joined by his wife, Lyndi Adler-Knowles in 2018. Lyndi brings not only her management expertis

e, but 15+ years of horse and cattle ranching experience as well. This husband and wife team works together to run the daily operations of the ranch and prides themselves on providing customers with a healthy, affordable, quality product. In March of 2020 they opened their state of the art retail store and USDA processing facility to further serve our customers. While they strive to raise as many of the animals themselves as possible, due to recent demand they also occasionally source meat and other products from trusted partners in the industry.

Perfectly located in the heart of Tennessee and in close proximity to Kentucky, ZK Ranches is well-positioned and committed to serving the surrounding communities. Zach and Lyndi are confident that once you’ve tried their beef, you’ll be a forever-customer and consider their products your #1 choice for all of your beef consumption.
