As always, our goal is to provide authentic Cajun cooking and products. We transport our own shrimp, fresh fish and other products from the Louisiana Bayou to beautiful Springfield MO. We offer a variety of PoBoys, Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, Shrimp, Alligator, Stuffed Chicken. We then rotate the classics of Oysters, Crawfish Etouffee, Shrimp Creole, and more to keep our customers fat and happy. Ca
