If you are interested in a whole or half side of beef, we are finalizing our Spring 2027 reservations. We sell out every year so place your order before our reservations close.
Our beef is raised here on our farm in Springville, Alabama. They are grass fed and grain finished. They also have access to unlimited fresh water, hay, mineral and salt blocks. We don’t give our calves anything we wouldn’t want to eat ourselves, so they are chemical and antibiotic free.
All beef is custom cut and packaged to your specifications. We offer dry aging up to 21 days at no additional charge.
