Hey guys, this is Mike "the Meat Man," operations manager here at Kenrick's.

We've been getting questions lately: I can tell you that the owners, butchers, and I select U.S. Beef for Kenrick's.

U.S. beef's what we offer in our shop. And it's what we deliver to restaurants, concession stands, and deli counters. We always have.

The only beef we offer that's not 100% U.S. is our Wagyu, and that (and only that) is imported from trusted ranchers in Australia.
