Hello on this hot Sunday. Here are the specials for this week starting Monday July 27th

Monday-THE COMEBACK-House-made Hot Roast Beef and Pastrami, BANG PEPPERS, Grilled Onion, and Delta Sauce with melted Provolone on a Toasted seeded French with Garlic Oil.
PS....personally my current favorite 🙂
Also serving Red Beans and Rice with Andouille Sausage

Tuesday-THE CUBANO--pineapple Glazed Ham, Roasted Pork, Melted Swiss, Yellow Mustard, and Pickle on a pressed hoagie Vitale's Bakery.

Wednesday-THE HOT SHOT-Pulled Chicken, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Tomato, Grilled Onion, BANG PEPPERS, and DELTA SAUCE
with Melted Provel Cheese and Garlic Oil on a warm Seeded French Bread.

Thursday-NIKKI'S LOS ANGELINA-(in honor of Nikki Silberberg)
Oven Roasted Turkey, Prosciutto, House Artichoke Spread, Pickled Red Onion, Arugula, Tomato on a warm ciabattini from Companion Baking Co.

Friday-The SLOPPY GAETANO--Hot Italian Beef, Grilled Peppers and Onion and Our SLOPPY CHEESE SAUCE on a toasted hoagie brushed with garlic oil ***ask for some Hot Giardiniera for some KICK.

Saturday-THE HEATHER'S FIRECRACKER-Turkey, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Cheddar, Tomato, Onion, Cole Slaw, Chipotle Mayo, and Red Hot Riplets on Pressed Sour Dough. Companion Baking Co.
