ATTENTION please
From Stafford Public Schools:
Greetings from The Stafford Agriculture Commission, The Stafford Grange No.1 and The Stafford Hollow 4-H Club,
We are reaching out to all families in Stafford to share news that we are bringing 4-H back to Stafford in hopes of supporting local youth in our community. If you are not familiar with 4-H, it is America’s largest youth development organization, with millions of kids and teens learning the skills and abilities needed to be resilient and adaptable young adults. While some 4-H clubs have interest-specific focus areas, our club's goal is to provide support for any project area in which local youth are interested. This will include but is certainly not limited to these listed animal and non-animal projects:
Animal Project Examples
Non-Animal Project Examples
Beef Cattle, Dairy
Home/Industrial Arts & Crafts: Woodworking, Sewing, Crocheting, Knitting, Painting, Wood burning, Art
Sheep, Goats, Alpacas
Indoor/Outdoor Plant Propagation
Working Steers, Dogs
Outdoor activities: Hiking, Fishing, Gardening
Swine, Chickens, Rabbits
Food Preparation: Canning, Drying, Cooking, and Baking
Come visit our 4-H tent at Farm Day, Saturday, September 6th and Sunday, September 7, 2025 and let us know what projects you are interested in!
Our first monthly meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Stafford Grange No. 1; see location details below. At this meeting, youth, ages 7 -18 years, and interested volunteers will be provided with the opportunity to enroll in 4-H for the 2025-2026 4-H Year and discuss potential projects.
If you are unable to visit us at Farm Day, we look forward to hearing from you in advance detailing what projects you are interested in at: [email protected]
