Well I noticed a menu option from "Wendy's" restaurant where the protein was served on a bed of French fries.
I will have more on this in the coming days but if you are wondering - Wendy's has a section on their website listing g/f options at their restaurant. Below is the link:

Boy Scout Troop 6016 in Pavilion NY will be providing
a spaghetti dinner fund raiser along with a bake sale
on Friday 14 November 2014 from 3 to 7 pm.
Homemade spaghetti sauce, salad and bread for $ 8
(for those who are gluten free maybe you could get a friend to pick up some g/f "red velvet" cupcakes - I know the baker)

***Pasta and meatballs at this event are not gluten free!
