Eklund Processing USDA certified meat processing facility in the heart of the Catskills. We offer USDA certified processing for beef, pork, lamb and goat.

Eklund Processing is a USDA certified processing facility located in the northern end of the majestic Catskill Mountains. From May 15th through Thanksgiving we offer NYS certified processing of chicken, turkey, and rabbit. Our family farm is a 4th generation dairy farm.
