Processing fee .73/lb hanging weight
All cuts are vacuum packed. Beef slaughter fee $85.00/head
Pig slaughter fee $65.00/head
Lamb/sheep/goat processing & slaughter is $90.00/head.

8am-5pm M-F and on Saturdays by appointment only.
