:: FARM to TABLE:: Yesterday, my husband and I visited the Mt. Pleasant Farmers' Market and purchased steak from M-61 Meats, LLC . (located in Standish but was on site at the market). We could not wait to cook the meat. We prepared it by using a cast iron skillet. It was fantastic! The tenderness and flavor was outstanding. 10/10. Be sure to buy your meat from M-61 Meats, LLC. *Also pictured is rosemary from our own garden and home grown green beans 🩵

Tomorrow is market day! We will be at the Mt. Pleasant Farmers' Market in the morning followed by the Bay Area Farmers Market! Due to this, the physical shop on M-61 will closed at noon for the remainder of the day! We will be open normal hours Friday 8/7!
