🌿 StarRoots Community Market Vendor Information 🌿
The goal of StarRoots is simple: to create a welcoming space where people can connect with their neighbors, support local goods, and help keep money in our local economy 🤍
We are looking for local vendors who grow, bake, make, or create their products.
Current Vendors 🌼
If you have already been approved to participate in StarRoots, you do not need to fill out another vendor application. Instead, after each market, a participation survey will be sent out asking whether you would like to join the following month’s market.
These surveys must be completed by the 17th of the month prior to the upcoming market in order to be included in the final vendor lineup.
For example, vendors wishing to participate in the June market must complete their participation survey by May 17.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, as vendor space may be limited and all applicants must align with market guidelines.
Vendor applications must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the upcoming market for consideration.
For example, vendors wishing to be considered for the June market must apply by May 15.
Applicants will be notified during the second half of each month, and accepted vendors will have until the 17th of that month to complete a vendor participation survey confirming their spot.
All vendors: Vendor fees are due prior to each market and may be paid via Venmo in advance or cash on market day. Payment details will be included in acceptance emails.
Please provide a working email address in your application, as email will be our primary form of vendor communication. Please also check your email regularly for updates regarding upcoming markets.
