Slightly under is better than over--they'll keep cooking a bit after draining. Then spread them out to cool and steam off that extra moisture. Less mush, more magic.

This Lemonade Spritzer with fresh mint is bright, bubbly, and made for warm days. Zesty lemonade, a splash of sparkle, and cool mint to finish, it's simple, refreshing, and instantly uplifting.
