Meet T.J. Evans, manager of the Dairy Plant, where his team produces the Mississippi State University cheese, ice cream and other dairy products that generations of Bulldogs know and love.

For T.J., it’s about more than making great products—it’s about preserving a piece of Mississippi State history and identity.

Heads up, Sales Store customers!

Our parking lot is being repaved July 20–23. During this time, parking is available behind the Sales Store and at Fresh Foods.

If you're visiting the home of MSU Cheese, you may park in either lot and will not be ticketed.
