On a butter-toasted Pacifico run rest, a layer of pastrami topped with savory sautéed portobello, mushrooms, our caramelized, onions, and a blend of cheeses, drizzled with our own balsamic reduction. Seasoned to perfection and browned down, this melt has a character, all of its own! And it’s named after one of the coolest, professional, wrestling heels ever to work the industry, cheers to you, sir! Available in limited quantity during our grand opening tomorrow 😉
