The Captain and his trusty sidekicks (Ray & Jodi) are firing up the smoker this Friday, June 12th. We've got a meat extravaganza on the menu, featuring beef ribs, whole chickens, leg quarters, babyback ribs, Boston butts and cabbage & sausage. And because no BBQ is complete without some killer sides, we'll also have homemade baked beans, Italian pasta salad and mini peach cobblers available for purchase.
