We are picking cucumbers by the bushel. Crisp, tasty, right off the vine - doesn’t get any better!

We are also picking: spinach, lettuce, kale, asparagus and rhubarb from our gardens!

Today just over 2,000 of our starter vegetable plants are getting transplanted into our gardens! Peppers, eggplant, summer squash, zucchini, slicing cucumbers, pickling cucumbers, and tomatoes are on the list for today!

We still have plenty of flowers, hanging baskets, herbs and starter vegetable plants for sale!

We just wanted to share a glimpse of our vegetable production side though!

Our first tomato greenhouse has about 6ft tall plants, and our cucumbers are just starting to produce. Our high tunnel is producing lettuce, and the spinach will be in full swing soon. Our asparagus and rhubarb patches are producing like crazy too!
