The Wolosek Sugar Bush was established in the spring of 2018 we made our first 3 gallons of pure maple syrup. In 2019 we increased to 17 gallons 2020 was a busy year increasing to 33 gallons of finished syrup 2021 was a tough year only producing 22 gallons of finished syrup 2022 would start off slow and finish with a bang producing over 70 gallons
