ordering a side of beef sounds like a big deal. it’s really just four steps.

1. place a deposit to hold your spot
2. we assign your animal
3. you fill out a cut sheet and tell us how you want it cut
4. a few weeks later, you pick up a freezer full of beef

a side is about 10 cubic feet and feeds a family of four for close to a year. and you’ll know exactly who raised it, because you’re buying straight from your farmer. our next rounds of beef will be ready around February, get yours while they’re still available

there have been a lot of meat recalls lately. it’s made a lot of people ask where their food actually comes from.

that’s a good question to ask.

when you buy from a grocery store, it can be hard to trace where your meat came from, who raised it, or who processed it. when you buy from your farmer, you can just ask.

we’re happy to answer. where it was raised, how it was raised, who handled it along the way. no question is too small.

knowing your farmer is the easiest way to know where your meat comes from.
