You may have enjoyed The Slice is Right at one of our Christmas Markets early this season. They were newcomers to the Stewartstown Markets, but great food, great people, and a menu full of game show puns made it clear they were going to be a great fit in the Night Market community.
Because the worst things often happen to the best people, their truck was recently in a horrific crash and is a total loss (all humans are physically OK). We’re sharing this photo of their pizza rather than the truck wreckage, because sometimes it’s important to break up the constant visual reminders of misery with celebrations of times at their best.
Slice is Right was scheduled to be with us this Saturday, and obviously that won’t be happening. Fortunately for their business, owner DJ operates a second truck, 'sDogs, which he will be sending in its stead.
