📢 It was a rough morning. One of our main cheese case fridges went down, and we had to say goodbye to a lot of cheese 😭🗑️

Food safety is always #1 for us, so anything that was even slightly compromised got tossed immediately.

The good news: All unaffected cheeses (in a different fridge) are safe, cold, and ready for you. That fridge is down a flight of stairs so bare with us as we get our steps in 🤣 💪

Our case might look a little bare for a day or two while we get this fixed ASAP. Then we’ll be restocking as fast as we can. 🧀

Thank you for understanding, and for supporting a small shop that cares about doing things right. Tears were shed but we shall be gouda to go real soon 😉

The shop will remain OPEN it’s normal hours, sandwiches and everything else is still available. Come say hi and give us a hug 😭
