It's truly our privilege this year to provide processing services for the Iowa State Fair Sale of Champions. 4-H and FFA exhibitors sold their grand and reserve grand champion livestock to hometown and national supporters. The Iowa State Fair features one of the largest livestock shows in the world and winning a class – let alone showing a champion animal – is highly coveted. It's an honor for our talented team of meat processing professionals to craft champion quality meats for the auction winners.
The Sale of Champions is managed by the Iowa Foundation for Agricultural Advancement (IFAA) and is hosted the last Saturday of the Iowa State Fair. Thank you IFAA for allowing our team to participate in this excellence!
