We couldn't agree more! We love this article Judy Allen wrote for the Tulsa World yesterday highlighting to have your best LOCAL Thanksgiving with all the essentials - turkey, veggies, pie, wine, bread, and of course, CHEESE!!

Hellim makes a quick, easy, and tasty appetizer - think grilled caprese bites, saag "hellim" on mini naan bread, marinated hellim on a charcuterie board or just a giant plate of pan fried cheesy goodness.

Our nor ricotta is also finally back in stock!!!! Perfect for a ricotta bruschetta board spread, cheese dips, ricotta cheesecake, ricotta pancakes, whipped ricotta sweet potatoes, or just eating with honey and fruit for a light recovery breakfast.
