Thank you to Secretary Russell Redding and Governor Shapiro. The Josie Porter Farm participates in this program through Second Harvest Food Bank of Lehigh Valley and Northeast Pennsylvania. They have been so amazing in administering the LFPA program. But most importantly the food bank here in Monroe County and the community benefit from the fresh produce from our farm. It was key to our farm income last year. We appreciate their support!

Great selections at the Josie Porter Farm today! Spinach, lettuce, asparagus, kale, collards, spring onions, rhubarb, kombucha, cheese, honey, maple syrup and pasties! Plus wild caught salmon, whole chickens, ground beef, and ground pork! Gary and I are here today! Visit and shop with us in Cherry Valley.

Visit the Farm Stand Opening Weekend - This Friday and Saturday!

We have fresh asparagus and rhubarb from the fields here at Josie Porter Farm, and a variety of organic produce from our partner farms, including salad greens, spinach, and wildflower honey. It’s still early in the season and the recent weather slowed a few things down, but the snap peas and snow peas are looking good! We also have farm-fresh organic pastured eggs from our partner Samuel Fisher of Homestead Beehives.
