You may have heard I’m moving on from the produce market. I’m starting a food forest at home and I’m looking for a professional to help me document this next stage of life!
Over the past few weeks, many people have asked me why I decided to give away the produce market… especially after putting so much into it
We say it all the time, but it’s so true— there are things in life so much more valuable than money!
I mortgaged my house to buy that business. At the time, it was one of the biggest and scariest things I had ever done. But somewhere along the journey, I changed. The person who walked into that experience is not the same person walking out of it
What I gained from that experience was worth more than anything I could have sold the business for
I proved something to myself:
That I could take a leap.
That I could commit.
That I could build something.
That I could carry responsibility.
That I could become stronger than I ever thought possible
The journey - the transformation - that’s all I needed to get out of this experience. Now I’m ready to move on
I feel very deeply that the store was always meant to belong to Elver. We built that place together, day in and day out, through every challenge and every season. I’ve watched his dedication, his passion, and his commitment firsthand. I’ve come to genuinely love and respect him, and it means a lot to me to see him step into this opportunity for himself and his family
And the truth is — this journey transformed both of us
People may look at this and think I’m “giving something away,” but what they don’t see is how much Elver has given to me all along. His loyalty, consistency, work ethic, and willingness to carry the weight beside me played a huge role in helping me become the person I am today. We paid that business off together. We built it together. In many ways, he helped me create the freedom and empowerment that now propel me into this next chapter of my life
Right before I bought the produce market, I made a promise. I said “if you take me to the top, I’ll take my people with me.” I have to make good on that promise
So this isn’t charity. It’s love. It’s trust. It’s reciprocity. It’s recognizing the power in another person and wanting to see them fully step into it too — like he helped empower me to step into mine
My vision for life has expanded so much as a result of this experience. My world has gotten so much bigger. I know there is something bigger waiting for me now — something more aligned, more authentic, more meaningful
Which brings me to why I’m making this post.
I’m looking for a content creator / videographer / visual storyteller who can help me document this next chapter of life
Not just someone who can “film videos,” but someone who understands emotional storytelling, transformation, authenticity, empowerment, nature, healing, freedom, and human connection
I want to document this transition honestly:

Exploring freedom, purpose, growth, empowerment, and what it means to truly embrace your mission
