OK. I have had this on my mind and have not had the chance to sit down and type it. I just wanted to say that there is no way I could ever repay Chris Jones! He came in and did more than save some money on some stuff. He cleaned up and cleaned out most everything in the store. What he didnt want he took to Kemper to have it sold. He took all the pet food to the Central Missouri Humane Society for me, I could go on and on. And you too F***y! He is a good man and a great friend. Thanks from the bottom of my heart buddy!

Hi everybody. I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a great New Year! As you can all tell the inventory is running down and we are getting closer to getting the store in the condition that the new owners want. But it is time to start the next phase and that is the inventory clearance!!! So starting tomorrow at 7 AM its 25% off all items in the store that are not supplied by a national vendor. That means Pepsi, Coke, 7-Up, Frito Lay, Backers, Central Dairy, Produce, bread, and meat. All frozen, (except central ice cream) is free game as well as all other items.That is a savings of $25 on every $100 you purchase!!!! The cereal and canned goods will be big. Save some money and lets get these items cleared out!!! I appreciate all you have done over the last few weeks and months. You all have been great. Thank you so much!!!

Hello all.
I would like to start out by saying that we are in fact selling the store. It was a very difficult decision to make and we spent a great deal of time thinking about it. I would also like take this opportunity to thank all of you for making our 27 year experience something we will never forget and keep with us forever. Our love for "our" community will remain the same as the rest of you, even in our absence. We are still operating the store the best we can, as we are required to sell off all the inventory before the new owners take over. This is good and bad news. Bad because we are doing our best to keep vital items in stock while letting some others run down. Good news because in the coming weeks there is going to be great opportunities for all our customers to save LOTS of money on the liquidation!! We are going to have all the items for a wonderful Christmas dinner so keep us in mind for your holiday shopping! Not to mention there will be additional savings for items we are reducing!
