Suffolk Va Farmers' Market Enjoy fresh local produce, artisan-crafted gifts and family-friendly activities. to 1 p.m. May through November. February through April.

Since the summer of 2005, the Suffolk Farmers' Market has been a popular outlet for locally grown fruits and vegetables, baked goods, organically raised poultry, fresh eggs and milk, honey and a variety of artisan-crafted goods. In May, the Market will take root in the open air special event pavilion, conveniently located behind the Suffolk Visitor Center at 524 North Main Street in downtown. Situ

ated on the corner of Constance Road and Main Street, the Suffolk Farmers' Market will operate each Saturday from 9 a.m. A "farm and food" winter market will take place on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month 10 a.m. Free and open to the public, the Market will host a variety of Family Fun Days, special guest speakers and performers, petting zoos, book signings, workshops, crafts and more. The Suffolk Farmers' Market is founded on the concept of preserving the City's agricultural heritage through wholesome family activities. Our mission is to support local family farms and artisans by creating a place of connectivity between producers and consumers. Market participation is open to regional producers within a 100-mile radius of Suffolk. Vendor applications are now open for the 2027 Suffolk Earth & Arts Festival, taking place Saturday, April 24, 2027, in Downtown Suffolk.

Keep Suffolk Beautiful and sponsors are excited to build on the festival’s continued growth and create another vibrant, memorable celebration featuring art, music, food, environmental education, hands-on activities, and a wide variety of vendors and community organizations.

🐦Early Bird Registration runs through December 1, 2026, and vendors who apply during that period will receive a response to their application by December 11, 2026.

Suffolk Tourism is looking for an energetic, dependable person to serve as the Farmers' Market Facilitator for the Suffolk Farmers' Market.

This part-time position includes weekday office hours and Saturdays at the market. The facilitator is responsible for coordinating the weekly market, independently setting up and breaking down the market, assisting vendors and customers, and helping ensure each market runs smoothly.
