I just got back from the processor. I’ll be unloading the truck today so the shop will be open till 6. Everything is straight off the farm and straight back from the slaughter house so can’t get no fresher. I am open today from 11-7. Making some pepperoni rolls for any that is interested. I WILL BE CLOSED Tuesday and Wednesday. Will be baling hay. Got to feed them so they feed us. Shop will be back open Thursday.

Just picked up beef from the processor. Have everything from the tongue to the tail. These ones are GRASS fed with no kind of injections. Nothing but pure beef that has always lived the natural way. Ribeyes t-bones porter houses sirloins filets all the good steaks. Plenty of burger and roast. Open till 7 today for all that likes the grass fed beef. Accept cash credit/debit and ebt.
