The Glick’s Growing Spot, located one mile off of Rt. 15, just north of Lewisburg PA, provides healthy, delicious food for you, while healing and nurturing the land. Because
we believe that out-of-control pests and disease are the result of poor growing conditions, we try to provide a healthy environment for our plants and animals rather than using pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics or vaccines. It is available at our small farm stand, the Selinsgrove Farmer’s Market, and the Lewisburg Farmers' Market over the summer. We are also open to providing summer and winter CSA membership to interested customers. Our free-range hens lay eggs with beautifully orange yolks from all the beta-carotene they find in their pasture buffet. Our tender, and deliciously tasty Cornish\Rock cross broilers are raised on pasture without antibiotics or hormones, staying healthy by eating a wide variety of grasses, weeds, and bugs. Finally, our Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys (heritage breed and hybrid) offer a delectable eating experience, a combination of their free-range diet and a more mature slaughter weight.
